We provide a Big Picture contextual understanding of the marketplace. Participants explore growth goals, marketplace dynamics, consumer / customer attitudes and the competitive arena. Participants come face to face with the marketplace realities, thereby creating a sense of urgency about business opportunities and challenges. Participants identify the most important success factors. |

Participants delve deeper into the strategic direction and its impact on the organization. Exercises focusing on both tangible and intangible aspects of the strategy, allow participants to discover how they need to behave to be successful, and what tools in place to support them. Participants learn what the strategy is and just as importantly, what it is not. |

A series of cases are used to give employees a chance to practice the behaviors in a safe environment. They experience a range of situations with a variety of differing solutions. They must apply their learning to resolve the situations in a way that is consistent with the strategic direction. |
