The programs are designed to maximize knowledge sharing.

Participants work in groups of 3-5 people, all sharing one set of materials, so they all share ownership of it. They take turn reading out loud and have to reach an agreement when finishing the activities. There are no right or wrong answers, just different degrees of more or less appropriate responses that are being discussed in the groups.
