TrueLearn develops engaging and highly participative learning processes that involve people at every level within the organization. TrueLearn alignment programs ensure that everybody has the same, relevant learning experience, independent of the facilitator. The process is participant-driven, as opposed to facilitator-driven, reducing the dependency of facilitator knowledge. Our programs are developed to encourage participants to think about and discuss issues using their own frames of reference, and draw upon their experience, knowledge and their own unique backgrounds in order to gain new knowledge. This allows them to process information more effectively in order to reach conclusions and thereby also retain more of what they’ve learned.
