The world in which we work

We provide a Big Picture contextual understanding of the world in which you compete, to help participants see the realities of the marketplace and create a sense of urgency about business opportunities and challenges.

Participants will identify how diversity, in concert with corporate values, will impact the strategies and help drive success.

What is diversity?

We introduce the Diversity Wheel to give participants the opportunity to explore the dimensions of diversity. They discuss their thoughts and ideas, and begin to see that diversity is multidimensional and that we are all diverse.

Diversity in the workplace

We portray a typical work site with a variety of scenarios depicted, highlighting specific diversity-oriented behaviors, to let participants recognize and practice desired behaviors in a safe environment, and discover the potential for improvement.

Participants link desired behaviors to strategies and analyze the benefits of such behavior. They also realize what tools are available to support them.
From understanding to action

To tie it all together, we ask participants to commit to behavioral actions that will support the core strategies in a way that is consistent with company values and diversity policies.
