TrueLearn alignment programs are unique, state-of-the-art learning experiences.

The programs help create new insights and understanding built as much upon the participants’ prior knowledge and experience, as upon the provided course information.
Here is a sampling of excercises in the
“Maximizing Performance through Cultural Integration” program.
Past, Present and Future

We help participants understand the reasons for the merger in the first place, providing a strong contextual base. Participants examine the past, present and future in a way that helps them clearly see marketplace trends and growth goals.

Participants begin to understand the key factors leading to the merger and gain appreciation for the need to change going forward.
In the middle of the vision

We ‘step into the future’ to give participants the chance to examine what success looks like. They learn about different projects and initiatives in place to support them going forward, and how these tools can help them realize the company’s vision. Participants also brainstorm about what additional resources would be useful to aide in transitioning to the new corporate culture.

Employees gain an understanding of management’s vision, supporting values and motivation for the merger, helping them tie the values and strategies of the company to the achievement of business and personal goals.
Making it happen

We ‘step into the future’ to give participants the chance to examine what success looks like. They learn about different projects and initiatives in place to support them going forward, and how these tools can help them realize the company’s vision. Participants also brainstorm about what additional resources would be useful to aide in transitioning to the new corporate culture.

Based on their new understanding, participants identify behaviors and actions they can take that will help them achieve success in the new organization. They identify which tools or support they will need to achieve success.
From understanding to action

To tie everything together, participants commit to changing their behavior to support the new vision. The behavioral changes are linked to key measures and goals, and participants identify ways in which they can contribute to overall success. They create their own action plan.
