TrueLearn alignment programs are unique, state-of-the-art learning experiences. The programs help create new insights and understanding built as much upon the participants’ prior knowledge and experience, as upon the provided course information. Here is a sampling of excercises in the “Maximizing Performance through Compliance” program. The world in which we work We provide a Big Picture contextual understanding of stakeholder expectations and marketplace regulations. Participants see the realities of the marketplace and begin to identify challenges and opportunities. Participants will identify how compliance, in concert with corporate values, will impact the strategies and help drive success. What it is, what it does, what it looks like Participants interact with the policies and procedures in a hands-on way. They gain an understanding of why the policy exists, what each policy is and how they work in practice. Ethical behavior in the workplace We portray a typical work site with a variety of scenarios depicting specific workplace situations focusing on compliance and ethics issues. Participants identify and practice desired behavior in a safe environment. They identify potential for improvement and link desired behavior to business strategies. From Understanding to action To tie it all together, we ask participants to commit to behavioral actions that will support the core values.
