TrueLearn alignment programs are unique, state-of-the-art learning experiences.

The programs help create new insights and understanding built as much upon the participants’ prior knowledge and experience, as upon the provided course information.
Here is a sampling of excercises in the
“Maximizing Performance through Change Management” program.
How are we doing?

Participants assess how well they are doing against a set of predetermined critical success factors derived from the marketplace. They discuss their performance and develop a gap analysis of key factors that will drive the business.
Shortcomings identified

We represent the current process in a simplified way along with business issues / problems. Participants identify the causes of the shortcomings inherent in the current process. They begin to define the characteristics and features that would help them deal more effectively with the problems.
What’s next?

The steps associated with the transition to the new process are outlined. Participants go through several exercises designed to help them see how the new process incorporates many of the features they identified in the last step. They gain firsthand knowledge of how each step works and improves upon the current process.
From understanding to action

To tie everything together, participants identify behavioral actions that will support the implementation of the new process and how they can contribute to overall success.
