Niclas has extensive experience designing learning solutions for international companies across several industries, addressing a range of business issues including change implementation, product training, customer service, branding, organization alignment, boosting performance, reinforcing values and enhancing capabilities.

Niclas has spent his entire career developing alignment programs based on a learning platform. A native of Sweden, Niclas worked side by side with one of the pioneers in experiential learning design for seven years.

Niclas specializes in all aspects of solution design - concept development, learning design, graphic design and delivery. He has also developed several business simulations focusing on business acumen, knowledge management, selling strategies, marketing and performance goals and measurement. He has also developed award winning e-learning solutions and corporate events.

Five years ago Niclas made the move to the US where he, in the capacity of chief learning consultant, led development of a wide variety of alignment solutions for clients in the Retail, Pharmaceutical / Health Care, Financial Services, Manufacturing sectors.

Dan learned the power of well-crafted, targeted communication early on. He began his career in the advertising business in New York. His clients included high profile, demanding advertisers like Procter & Gamble, Mars, Coca Cola and Mennen. As an Account Director, Dan worked closely with business leaders to develop communication strategy and then bring it to life in execution. Over the years and through an array of business challenges he honed his skills, always helping clients refine their communications to create change in behavior.

Fifteen years later, Dan moved to London, England to broaden his business and personal perspectives. It was in Europe that he changed his focus from developing sharp messages for the consumer mass market to developing sharp communication programs for the employee mass market within large companies. Dan was able to translate his advertising skills to the design and development of high impact learning processes to help align employees with strategic direction.

Dan collaborated with some of the innovators in the learning field during his time in Europe. This in turn helped him to refine his philosophy and approach to developing alignment programs. Dan specializes in solution concept development, implementation design and delivery.

Dan has been developing alignment programs for 10 years now in Europe and North America. He has led numerous transformation and strategic alignment efforts with clients in the Retail, Pharmaceutical, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Professional Services sectors.
