Two roll-out models tend to work most effectively: Manager led: TrueLearn trains your managers to lead the program roll out in a traditional cascade model. This proves to be very effective in that: – Managers facilitate so they become very familiar with the subject matter – Sends a signal to the organization that management is committed to the direction – Encourages 2-way dialog Facilitator led: In-house workshops, or a series of workshops with groups of cross-functional same-tier employees run by TrueLearn facilitators.
